SENIOR PORTRAIT PRICING
This year I'm only working with 50 seniors to help with Covid Practices.
ART FOR LIFE
Photographs aren't meant to lurk eternally on a hard drive or get lost on a Facebook feed. They're meant to be printed, displayed, shared and admired. I've designed my collections to make sure you will end up with stunning, last-a-lifetime physical products that become family treasures. All my print products are sourced from professional photo labs and made with museum-grade materials. I lovingly retouch each image with huge amounts of care before it goes to a digital gallery or print. I sometimes spend hours on perfecting the crop, color quality, and removing any blemishes that can become a distraction from your perfect portrait.
Even experienced amateurs struggle with more nuanced parts of portrait photography. Mastery of lighting, hiding undesirable features, and creating radiant skin tones are among the most difficult and most important parts of producing a perfect portrait. When you hire me, I put my years of experience to work to create images that flatter and look fantastic even when printed in a very large format.
COMMON PRICING AND SESSION QUESTIONS
Great question! I charge $150 for the session and an additional $50 for a second location.
The session fee covers your pre-shoot consultation, your photoshoot, and your post-shoot viewing and ordering session.
It doesn't include any products. These are purchased separately.
Yes, I do...
Each digital file is fully retouched and includes a print release so you can print your own prints. Just like you would purchase a single print you can purchase a single digital file.
As a guide, my clients spend anything from $400 to upwards of $2000 after their shoot.
Most love to create gorgeous wall displays like this...
I sure do!
If you spend $500 or more on your photographs you can opt to pay in installments.
Your investment can be spread over three months. After your third and final payment, your stunning products are ordered and ready for pick up.
For the best looking senior portraits, I always photograph during the last two hours of the day. The sun is at it's lowest point in the sky and makes for flattering light on your skin.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! That's why I offer my happy photo guarantee. If you don't like your photos, I'll fully refund your session fee. My goal is to make sure you are happy with your investment.
I don't recommend it. Family sessions have a different format and are usually in one spot. Senior sessions are very dynamic and involve a lot of walking and one on one interaction between the photographer and the senior.
We live in Spokane... If I had a dollar for every time the forecast was wrong, I would be rich. I know rescheduling is no fun and I really try not to. But if it's raining, the wind is blowing hard or we have excessive smoke, we will find a day that works better.
