F.A.Q

The senior portrait process includes 3 steps.

  • The consultation is to talk about locations, wardrobe, and schedule a date for your senior photos.
  • The senior portrait session itself usually lasts between 60-90 minutes.
  • Presentation of your gallery.  This is where you’ll pick your yearbook photo and select a package to purchase.

I charge $150 for a single location senior portrait session.  This covers my time to shoot the session and get them ready to present to you!  No product is included in the session fee.  There is the option to add a second location!

After your photo session, you’ll receive a link where you’ll purchase a package.

Each family’s needs are different, I have created 4 packages that seem to meet most people’s needs.  I have packages with just digital files, some with files and framed collages, and others that only include prints.

My senior photo packages start at $499, you can request a full senior pricing guide HERE!

Ask yourself if you prefer a woodsy, watery location or something more urban or perhaps both. During our consultation, I’ll ask you a bunch of questions, and based on your answers I’ll help choose a location that fits what you are looking for.

Most senior portrait sessions last about 90 minutes.  I think it’s the perfect amount of time to walk around allowing for several backdrops and wardrobe changes.  If you would like a second location let’s talk about it during our consultation and we’ll go over the options.

Every school in Spokane has a different due date.  When scheduling make sure you know what it is.

Most schools in Spokane require you to have your senior portrait turned into the yearbook by October.  I recommend having them taken between June and September to ensure there is enough turnaround time to deliver them to the school.

I usually schedule senior portraits during the last couple of hours of the day.  The sun is at its lowest point in the sky which makes for beautiful light on your skin.

Yes,  we have a beautiful studio located in North Spokane where you can view your portraits and have your photos taken.

The weather can always be unpredictable in Spokane.  If we are dealing with smoke, rain, or wind we will reschedule for a time that works better.

Yes!  I believe everyone should look amazing in their senior photos.  We’ll never make you look plastic but using the latest retouching techniques we’ll give you clean natural-looking skin and clean up any wild hair!
