I personally hate having my photo taken.  Everyone tells me I have a great smile, but I hate the way I look in photos.  I naturally have a boxier build and I don't love the way I photograph.

Knowing how I feel about being photographed, I spent more than a decade studying how to make people look good in front of the camera.  It makes me feel good when a client tells me "I hate the way I look in photos, but I love this one".  It's the reason love being a photographer.
